Frank graduated from Southeast Missouri State and was a member of TAU KAPPA EPSILON.  He also was a Mason, Ministeral Counsler at the Community Hope Center, Deacon at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Piasa, Illinois and an avid fisherman and hunter
