Frances Webber

Frances M. Webber, 82 of Swansea, IL passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 16, 2021 at Mercy Rehab Care Center in Swansea.
Frances was born on August 7, 1938 in East St. Louis, IL; the daughter of the late Jim and Lillian (Ogle) Lansing. Frances was a coal miner for Peabody Coal Mining and in her free she enjoyed her days of working crossword puzzles and listening to country music. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family and will be remembered for all the special times they shared together.
Frances is survived by and will be missed by her son; Kevin and Mary Adams of Troy, IL; daughter, Kay and Jim Barnhart of Beverly Hills, FL; grandson, Bobby Barnhart; step-grandchildren, Chris Foote and Krista Foote; sisters, Bev Hensley, Mae Moses; brother, Roy Lansing and many other close family members and friends.
In addition to her parents, Frances was preceded in death by her husband; Ralph Webber and her sister, Delores Wiesmann.
According to her wishes, Frances will be cremated.
Irwin Chapel, 591 Glen Crossing Road in Granite City is serving the family.
