Emma G. Dunn, age 61, of Alton, passed away Sunday, March 22, 2015, at Alton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.
She was born March 27, 1953, in Chadron, Nebraska, the daughter of Wilmot and Ilean (Walters) Hunt. She had worked as a bartender for many years at Little Four in East Alton. Emma collected angels as a hobby. She loved to spend time with her friends and family. Emma was loved by everyone she met and touched many lives.
She is survived by a son, Charles Householder of Alton; her siblings and their spouses, Jennifer and Ron Yates of Wood River, Sharon and Farrell Arndt of Wood River, Robert Hunt of New Mexico, and Dora Steinmeyer of Livingston; a special cousin, Barb McDoungh of Wood River; and many other relatives, and special friends at the nursing home.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
Celebration of Life visitation will be from 2 pm to 4 pm, Friday, March 27, 2015 at the Alton Rehabilitation and Nursing Home in Alton.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Alton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.
