Elaine Sewell

Elaine L. Sewell, nee Wuebbles, 82, of Shiloh, IL, formerly of Alton, IL, born Thursday, May 20, 1943, in Carlyle, IL, passed away Saturday, March 7, 2026 at her residence in Shiloh, IL.

Elaine worked as a credit manager for Conagra Inc/ Peavey Barge Lines for many years making lifelong friends. She was a dedicated Mom and Grandma and there wasn’t anything she wouldn’t do or give for the happiness of her family. For the past two years she lived life to the fullest while living at the Oasis Independent Living apartments where she made it to every trivia, karaoke, and bingo night they had while making many new friends.

She was preceded in death by her:
