Donna Lyne Richter, 57, passed away at 1:26 pm Monday, June 27, 2011 at her residence.
She was born in Centralia, IL on November 30, 1953 the daughter of Harry and Rose Marie (Baker) Stamer.
Donna loved baking, gardening, sewing, painting, drawing, and art. She also adored her grandchildren.
Donna is survived by one daughter Stephanie Richter and her husband Tim Rawley of Brighton; three grandchildren, Jacob, Kyle, and Payton Rawley; seven siblings and their spouses, Harry F. Stamer Jr. and Marilyn of Spencer NY, Sandie Quillman-Hollowood and John of St. Charles, Janet Howard and Bob of O’Fallon MO, Tammy Behm and Robert of Webster Groves MO, Daniel Stamer and Heather of Cottleville MO, Gregory Stamer of Ballwin MO; one aunt, Loraine Williams of Wright Ctiy MO; four uncles, Kenneth Baker, Robert and Bernie Stamer of Ballwin MO, Donald and Joyce Stamer of Villages FL, and Richard Stamer and Sandy of Centralia IL; as well as several nieces and nephews, and great nieces and great nephews.
She was preceded in death by her Father, Harry, and one sister, Michele Lynn.
A Memorial Visitation will be held on Friday July 1, 2011 from 5 pm until the time of the Memorial Service at 6 pm at Staten-Fine Funeral Home, 220 Court St. Alton, IL 62002.
Per her wishes cremation rites will be accorded.
Memorials may be made to the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA).
