Donald Fray

Donald Eugene Fray, 93, of Belleville, IL, born Friday, May 15, 1931, in Poplar Bluff, MO, passed away Friday, February 28, 2025 at Memorial Hospital in Belleville, IL.

Donald worked as a Iron Worker for Local 10, Kansas City. He was a highly decorated Air Force Veteran who served in the Korean War. He loved his dog, Princess. Donald also was a member of the Masons in Alma, MI.

He was preceded in death by his:

• Wife: Norma Gean, nee Brown, Fray
• Parents: N. Harve and Edna Fray
• Brothers:

  • Larry Fray
• Sister: Eileen Qals

Surviving are his:

• Son: Kenneth “Kenny” Dale Fray of Belleville, IL
• Daughter: Donna Eugene (Debbie) Pounds

Memorials: Memorials may be made to the Shriners Children’s-St. Louis.

Funeral: Funeral will be held privately.
