Diane Lynn Watson, 71, of Auburn, IL, died at her residence on Friday, May 2, 2025. She was born July 12, 1953, in Carrollton, IL to William Watson & Bernadine East Watson.
She was retired after having been an accountant for the Illinois Department of Revenue. Diane was a member of the Soft Coated Wheaton Terrier Club of America. She enjoyed making cards, crafts and gardening.
She is survived by her sister, Sandra L. Watson of Springfield, IL, cousins, Steve Holden of Gillespie, IL, Beverly Klaus of Carlinville, IL. Diane was preceded in death by her parents.
Public graveside services will be on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at 11:00 am at Gillespie Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Adopt A Pet, PO Box 53, Benld, IL 62009.
