Dennis James Postelle, 48, died at 10:13 p.m. Thursday, October 25, 2012 at his home in Alton. Born January 7, 1964 in Dover, NJ, he was the son of Lois Jean (Helton) Vail of Bethalto and the late Charles J. Vail.
Along with his mother, he is survived by a son, Nicholas Duncan of Wood River, a daughter, Kristal Rushing of Rosewood Heights, three grandchildren, Aiden, Austin, and Ashton, brothers and sisters, Ruth Ann Postelle of Bethalto, William Allen Postelle Jr. of Godfrey, Sandra Joann Keen of Banning, CA, and Joseph Harold Bruce II of Otterville, and four nephews, Justin Kosobud, Jordan and David Bruce, and Joshua Postelle.
He was preceded in death by his father and a brother, David Clinton Postelle.
