Delores Moore

Delores "Ceil" Moore age 79 received eternal rest and peace on Monday February 8, 2016 at Integrity Healthcare in Wood River, She was born October 12, 1936 in Alton, Illinois, the daughter of the late Harvey and Cordelia (Cross) Green.She enjoyed listening to her music. She was a loving and devoted mother to her children and grandchildren.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Mr. William Moore Jr., a son William Moore III, four brothers, Melvin Huff, Harvey Green , Charles Green and William Green, and two  sisters Betty Parks and Gertrude Latimore.Mrs.  Moore is survived by two sons, Duane Moore Sr. and Travis Moore both of Alton, Illinois; four daughters, Shelia Moore (Gregory), Veronica Lovett (Corey), and Kala Moore, (Michael) all of Alton, Illinois; Alicia Moore (Clifford) of Colorado Springs, Colorado; 20 grandchildren,18 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, one brother Richard Green,  a special nephew Ronnie Green, two godsons Christopher Taylor and Bruce Teague, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.Visitation Friday February 19, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. at Cathy M. Williams & Sons Funeral Home in Alton Pastor Gregory Harrison EulogistBurial Upper Alton Cemetery
