Charles C. Locke Jr., 58, died at 3:52 a.m. Tuesday, February 22, 2023 at OSF St. Anthony’s Healthcare Center.  Born May 1, 1964 in Coco Beach, FL, he was the son of Charles C. Locke Sr. and Sandra (Linenweber) Locke.  Charles was a manager for Autozone in Alton.  Surviving is a daughter, Casey Wade (Walter II) of Bethalto, seven grandchildren, Kyra, Janiah, Krshawn, Jadelynn, Walter III “Tre”, Zabraylee, and Zendaya Wade, one brother, Marc Locke, a sister, Dorrie Locke, his best friend Ian Cloninger, his roommate, Heather Stucke, and his former wife, Kimberly Bryant.  No services are scheduled.  Memorials may be made to the family.  Gent Funeral Home in Alton is in charge of arrangements.
