Caroyn L Wild

Carolyn L Wild, 71, died at 2:28 p.m. on Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at her residence. She was born June 18, 1941 in Scott County, IL the daughter of the late John and Lula (Boes) Cloninger. She was a self-employed hairdresser in Brighton, attended Christway Church in Godfrey and was a member of the Alton Moose Lodge. On April 5, 1958 in Winchester, IL she married Robert Wild Sr. and he survives, also surviving are one daughter; Cindy Bechtold (Bill) of Godfrey, two sons; Robert Wild Jr. of Jerseyville and Steve Wild (Susan) of Brighton, six grandchildren; David Clare (Sara), Ashley Clare, Beth Wild, Troy Wild, Sara Baggio(Nick) and Scott Bechtold (Jamie), four great grandchildren; Jack Clare, Emma Baggio, Eli Baggio and Grace Bechtold, three brothers; Donald , James , and Edward Cloninger, five sisters; Frances Nichols, Joyce King, Marilyn Hayes, Marsha Myers and Diane Abbott. She was preceded in death by one brother; Robert Cloninger and two sisters; Charlotte Anders and Barb Erwin. A memorial visitation will be Saturday, April 13, 2013 from noon until time of memorial service at 2:30 p.m. with Reverend Steve Rice to officiate.
