Bruce Wayne Isringhausen, 57, died at 5:51 p.m., Sunday, October 11, 2015 at St. Anthony's Hospital in Alton, after an 18 month battle with T Cell Lymphoma.He was born in Jerseyville on April 18, 1958, the youngest of five children born to Floyd & Virginia (Winchell) Isringhausen.Bruce attended Jersey Community High School, and was employed as a truck driver for his adult life.  He owned and operated Bruce Isringhausen Trucking for many years,  and made many friends all over the country along the way.  When he wasn't working, he still loved to be on the road and enjoy the outdoors riding his Harley Davidson, making a trip to Sturgiss, SD every year.Bruce was a people person who loved and lived life to the fullest. He insisted that he surround himself with those that shared the same passion for life and felt it was important to maintain contact with those he loved.Surviving are his fiance' Debra Ernest and her family of Godfrey; two sisters & a brother in law, Judy & Ted Kuebrich and Susan Isringhausen all of Jerseyville; two brothers & sisters in law, Roger & Linda Isringhausen of Fieldon, and Gary & Carol Isringhausen of Carrollton;  several nieces and nephews: his feline compaion, Buddy; as well as his only surviving aunt, Ruby Skinner of Jerseyville.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a nephew, Brian Kuebrich.Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Crawford Funeral Home in Jerseyville, where funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday.Burial will be in the Fieldon Cemetery.In lieu of flowers and plants, memorials may be given to TCellLymophoma Research at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Mn.
