Brian Kent Retzer, 52, formerly of Wood River, passed away Saturday, December 26, 2020 at his residence.
Born in Alton on July 31, 1968, he was the son of Minnie R. (Denton) Retzer of Wood River and the late Donald Wayne Retzer.
After graduating from Renken Technical School, he owned and was a technician for Phoenix Comfort Air.
In addition to his mother, Brian is survived by his fiancé, Pamela Johnson of Milstadt; brother, Donald (June) Retzer of Wood River; and nephews, Chris Retzer and Erik Retzer.
Private services and burial will be in Woodland Hill Cemetery.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
Memorials are suggested to the Roxana Community Theater.
