Brian Compton, 58, passed away on November 12, 2022, in Brighton. He was born on December 24, 1963, in Alton to Francis & Beulah (Clanney) Compton. He married Andres Struckman on February 13, 2009, in Madison County. Brian worked at Eckert’s and did a little bit of everything there. He also helped elderly folks do household chores that they could no longer do. Brian is survived by his wife: Andrea Compton; his siblings: Linda Morgan, Anthony Compton, and Robert Compton; and his many nieces and nephews. Brian is preceded in death by his parents, stepdaughter: Emalee Compton, and his siblings: Daniel F. Compton and Cynthia Compton. A visitation will be held on Friday, November 16, 2022, from 10:00 am – 12:00 (noon) at Alexander Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 16, 2022, at noon at Alexander Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Siteman Cancer Center.
