Bobby Joe Maples, 74, of Granite City, IL, passed away at 6:53 p.m. Mon. Dec. 7, 2020 at his home.
He was born Apr. 10, 1946 to the late Billy & Betty (Thompson) Maples.
Bobby had been a crane operator and an over the road driver. He loved motorcycles and car collecting and shows.
He is survived by 2 daughters: Shari (Chris Busch) Maples of Granite City and Barbara (Jerry) Miller of O'Fallon, IL; 2 grandchildren: Brittnee and Ashley; 3 great-grandchildren: Brionna, Gregory and Greyson; and a sister: Sharon Hughes of Fenton, MO.
He was preceded in death by his beloved dog, Charlie.
