"Bobbie Jo" (Whitaker) Cox - Manning, 44, passed away on Wednesday, September 14, 2011, at her residence. She was born on April 12, 1967, in East St. Louis, Illinois the daughter of Ray and Jackie Whitaker. Survivors include her father: Ray Whitaker of Alton, her mother and step father: Jackie and Tom Dutchik of East Alton, her son: Kristoffer Cox of Roxana, a daughter: Kaddie Cox of Eldon, Missouri, three sisters and brothers in law: Vickie and Rick Tellor of Eldon, Missouri, Terri and John Wardle of Alton, Stacy Trim of Bethalto, one brother and sister in law: Jimmie and Tony Whitaker of Warrenton, Missouri, her companion: James Hasell, and many nieces and nephews.
She attended East Alton - Wood River High School.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Kenneth Cox.
In celebration of her life, memorial visitation will be from 5pm to 8pm on Monday, September 19, 2011 at Pitchford Funeral Home in Wood River.
Memorials are suggested to the charity of the donor's choice.
