Granite City |

Billy Dean Simmerman, 71, of Granite City passed away Wednesday, February 9, 2022, at Granite City Nursing & Rehab.  He was born April 15, 1950, in Anna, IL to William and Naomi (nee: Dillow) Simmerman.  He married Diane Jones in Granite City in 1976.

Billy enjoyed 4-wheeling and camping with his wife and watching NASCAR.

He is survived by his wife of 46 years Diana Simmeramn of Granite City; daughter, Osia Wallace of Carrier Mills, IL, and five grandchildren, Alyssa, Caleb, Rebecca, Ozzie, and Odessa.

He was preceded in death by his parents and son, William Simmerman.
