Beverly Joan Scheldt, 90, of Bunker Hill, IL, died at Holly Brook, East Alton, IL on Monday, February 24, 2025 at 1:31 am.
She was born February 15, 1935, in Woodburn, IL to Ralph Moxey & Rose Winsel Moxey. She married Harry Vernon Scheldt on September 25, 1951 at the United Methodist Church in Bunker Hill, IL. He preceded her in death on September 22, 1999.
She worked at pet stores, South Lawn Sheltered Care and Ben Franklin in Bunker Hill. She was a member of the United Methodist Church. Beverly enjoyed reading.
She is survived by her sons, David (Sherry) Scheldt of Bethalto, IL, Darin (Lisa) Scheldt of Bunker Hill, IL, daughter in law, Wanda Scheldt of Livingston, IL, grandchildren, Dawn (Dwayne) Trover of Bunker Hill, IL, Kent (Alyssa) Scheldt of Collinsville, IL, Chris (Sara) Scheldt of Maryland Heights, MO, Angie (Chris) Heinz of New Douglas, IL, Andrew (Jami) Scheldt of Alton, IL, Steven (Tiffani) Scheldt of Bethalto, IL, great grandchildren, Noah, Cole (Amanda), Caira (Nicholas), Chase, Ellie, Mercy, Briar, Violet, Tucker, Fletcher, Karson and Kolton.
Beverly was preceded in death by her parents, spouse, son, Dennis Scheldt and grandson, Brian Scheldt.
Friends may call on Saturday, March 1, 2025 at Kravanya Funeral Home in Bunker Hill from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm.
Funeral services are Saturday, March 1, 2025 at 12:00 pm at Kravanya Funeral Home in Bunker Hill. Burial will be at Bunker Hill Cemetery, Bunker Hill, IL.
