Anna B. Seehausen, 79, died at 10:59 p.m. on Friday, August 5, 2011 at Robings Manor in Brighton. She was born October 29, 1931 in Alton, the daughter of the late Elmer and Alice (Bunze) Campbell. In 1949, in Alton she married Clifford L. Seehausen and he preceded her in death on July 8, 1981. She retired in 1990 from the Hilton Hotel in Gulf Shores, Alabama as a Pastry Chef. She was a member of St. Alphonsus Catholic Church of Brighton. Surviving is one daughter; Donna L. Schaller and her husband John of Godfrey, and one son; Dennis E. Seehausen and his wife Mary of Corning, NY, four grandchildren; Shannon Mary (Brian) of Brighton, Shane Schaller of Godfrey, Stephanie Seehausen of St. Louis and Sean Mica Seehausen (Amy) of Godfrey, five great-grandchildren; Maxwell Reynolds of St. Louis, Caleb Mary and Hannah Mary both of Brighton, Edward Seehausen and Brenden Seehausen both of Godfrey. She was preceded in death by two sisters; Helen Clayton and Mary Trout. Services and burial will be private with Father Raphael Paul officiating. Memorials may be made to American Diabetes Association or American Cancer Society. Gent Funeral Home in Alton was in charge of arrangements.
