Angela Elizabeth Riggs, 43, of East Alton, IL, passed away at 1:10 p.m. Mon. Oct. 9, 2023 at her home surrounded by her family, following a battle with cancer.
She was born Sept. 23, 1980 in St. Louis, MO to Kevin Kingsley of Granite City, IL and the late Rebecca Van Kirk.
She and Daniel E. Riggs were married May 29, 2008 in Granite City. He survives.
In addition to her husband and father, she is survived by a son: Dylan Eugene Riggs of East Alton; and a sister: Jaime Steigelman of Granite City.
Services will be private.
