BORN:   August 19, 1952 in Carbondale, Illinois

PARENTS:  William and Margaret Jane (Eicher) Bush

OCCUPATION: She was a single mother who worked hard to take care of her two boys and gave them all she could with what she had. She had a contagious laugh and could light up a room. Bernice never met a stranger and was loved by anyone who met her. She was a wonderful mother, sister, daughter, mother-in-law, grandmother and friend. Bernice was fondly known as “Nene” to the two little girls that lit up her life. She shared so many special memories with Josey and Gracey. They were always by her side and loved their Nene with all their hearts, just as she loved them. She will continue to shine through her precious girls.
