Cindy K. Eubanks Lewis, 53, beloved mother and grandmother, passed away at 10:23 p.m. Sunday, July 4, 2010 at Alton Memorial Hospital.

Born Apr.5, 1957, she was a daughter of Jack Crider and the former Shirley Bensa.

A musician for over 20 years and a devoted Christian, she was a member of East Alton Assembly of God.

Survivors include a daughter, Theresa Eubanks Maberry and her husband Nick of Cottage Hills; a son, Michael Malloy and his dear friend Ashley Furlow of East Alton; her grandchildren, Blake and Jason Wanick, Chloe Maberry, and Michael Malloy, Jr.; her father, Jack Crider, Sr. and his wife Jackee of Cottage Hills; her mother, Shirley Rhodes and her husband Dusty of Bethalto; a sister and brother-in-law, Susie and John White of Venice, Fla.; two brothers, Terry Crider of Cottage Hills and Jack Crider and his wife Cristy of Godfrey; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Friday, July 9 at Paynic Home for Funerals in Rosewood Heights from 10 a.m. until time of services at 11 a.m.

Burial will follow at Short Cemetery in Cottage Hills.

Memorials may be made to the Breast Cancer Society.

Join her family and friends from 3pm through 8pm, Wednesday July 14, 2010 for a Celebration of Cindy’s Life  at Donzo’s East, #12 E. Ferguson, Wood River, Illinois 62095. Come share your memories or just stop by and say hi.

Cindy will always be remembered for her great smile, her love of music, great friends and family.

The special love she had for her daughter and grandchildren, and the love she had for Life and Church!
