Sarah Lynn Ottwell, 28, was called home to Heaven at 6:07 pm, Friday, June 4, 2010, at her residence in Alton.
She was born in Alton on June 2, 1982 the daughter of Christopher Ottwell and Gail Stewart.
Sarah lived in the Alton area her entire life. She worked maintenance at the Alton Moose Lodge in Alton. Her daughter was the center of her universe. She also enjoyed spending time with her family, friends and she was an avid wrestling fan and enjoyed watching the Cardinals.
She is survived by her 22 month old daughter Jada Raye Ottwell of Alton, mother Gail Stewart of Alton, father and step mother Chris and Mary Ottwell of Alton, two brothers Tony Ottwell of Alton, Ryan and his spouse Katie Ottwell of Fosterburg, maternal grandparents Gene and Marion Stewart of Alton, paternal grandmother June Ottwell of Wood River, and two nephews Derek Anthony Ray and Samuel Ryan Ottwell.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 pm Tuesday June 8, 2010 at Elias, Kallal and Schaaf Funeral Home in Godfrey with funeral service Wednesday June 9, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Tim Naylor officiating.
Burial will follow at Fosterburg Cemetery in Fosterburg, IL.
