Daniel T. Courtouise, 39, passed away at 12:15 am on Monday, May 24, 2010, at his residence.
He was born on June 6, 1970 in Alton, Illinois the son of Rose Mary (Smith) Courtouise and the late Daniel J. Courtouise. Survivors include his mother of Roxana, one brother and sister in law: Mark and Keri Courtouise of Bethalto, his maternal grandmother: Helen Smith of Cottage Hills, Illinois, several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, his maternal grandfather: Troy Smith, and one uncle: Tony Smith.
Memorial visitation will be from 10am until time of memorial services at 11am on Saturday, May 29, 2010 at Bethel Pentecostal Church in Rosewood Heights. Rev. Royce Roy will officiate.
