Lisa R. Hultz, 41, passed away at 3:55 p.m. Monday, May 3, 2010 at her home.
Born Aug. 14, 1968 in Staunton, she was the daughter of Shirley J. (Brewer) Hultz of East Alton and Clarence Hultz, who preceded her in death.
She was a caregiver for Help At Home.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by a daughter, Taylor Hultz of East Alton; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Melvina and Carl Berry and Myra Harris, all of Baton Rouge, La.; and a brother and sister-in-law, Belvin and Karen Caldwell of New Orleans, La.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her sister, Jessie.
Visitation will be Thursday, May 6 at the Roxana Church of the Nazarene from 9 a.m. until time of services at 11 a.m. Rev. Dr. Larry Lacher will officiate.
Memorials may be made to the Taylor Hultz College Trust.
