Loretta Bridges, 82, passed away at 4:52 pm April 27, 2010 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.
She was born on Oct. 2, 1927 in Alton, IL the daughter of Joseph Peter & Ida May (Hunn) Feltes.
She married Elby Walker Bridge and he preceded her in death.
She is survived by three sons and a daughter-in-laws, Randal & Terry Bridges of West Alton, Dennis & Dawn Bridges and Lonnie & Pam Bridges, all of St. Peters, MO; 10 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, one sister and brother-in-law, Thelma & George Mennemeier of West Alton, MO
In addition to her husband and parents, she was also preceded in death by five siblings, Carl Feltes, Gladys Feltes, Robert Feltes, Edith Meyers and Harold Feltes.
In accordance with her wishes, she has been donated to Washington University School of Medicine.
A Memorial Mass will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, May 1, 2010 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in West Alton with Fr. Robert Bankin as celebrant.
Memorials may be made to the St. Louis Humane Society.
