Pamela L. Ahlgren, 54, passed away at 6:54 a.m. Monday, April 12, 2010 at Alton Memorial Hospital.
Born Sept. 4, 1955, she was the daughter of Homer C. and Shirley Irene (Chamberlain) Raines, who both preceded her in death.
She married Thomas R. Ahlgren March 26, 1988 in Norwalk, Calif. He survives.
A homemaker, she was a member of the Women of the Moose, Wood River Lodge.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Kevin and Kimberly Raines of Springfield, Ill.; two grandchildren, Katelynn and Roland Raines; a sister and brother-in-law, Annette and David Beaver of Cottage Hills; three brothers and two sisters-in-law, Ronald and Stacie Raines of Moro, Andrew and Sara Raines of Wood River, and Gregory Raines of Seal Beach, Calif.; and two nieces, Ashton and Alyssa Raines.
A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Friday, Apr. 16 at Calvary Baptist Church in Alton.
Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
