Betty R. Click, 79, formerly of Cahokia, Illinois passed away at 9:34 am on Thursday, April 1, 2010, at her residence. She was born on January 28, 1931, in Iron County, Missouri the daughter of the late Joseph B. and Ruth (Lozier) Jones. She married Donald L. Click in June of 1954 in Alton and he preceded her in death in October of 2001. Survivors include one daughter and son in law: Tracy and Mick Noser of St. Louis, Missouri, two sons and daughters in law: Ronald and Jo Click of O'Fallon, Illinois, Mark and Michele Click of St. Louis, Missouri, eight grandchildren: Nichole, Allison, Mark Jr., Miranda, Eric, Mallory, Kayla, and Courteney, five great grandchildren: Jacob, Benjamin, Kohen, Nadia, Lucas, two sisters and a brother in law: Lois and Alonzo Hampton of Roxana, Gerry Schmitt of Godfrey, three brothers and two sisters in law: Jim and Janice Jones of California, and Casey and Charlotte Jones of Idaho, and Mike Jones and his companion Juliette of Arizona.
A homemaker, she loved her family, she also loved to sew, cook, and she loved animals.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and two brothers: Joseph and Pick.
In accordance with her wishes, cremation rites will be accorded. Private inurnment will be at a later date at Upper Alton Cemetery.
Memorials are suggested to Heartland Hospice or to 5A's.
