Lois Stull

Lois Mae Stull, 86, passed away at 9:19 p.m. Sunday, February 14, 2010 at St. Anthony's Hospital.

Born Dec. 8, 1923 in Equality, Ill., she was the daughter of William C. and M. Marie (Ketchum) Moore.

She married Virgil D. Stull March 31, 1978 in East Alton. He survives.

An inspector for Owens-Illinois Glass Co., she retiring in 1984 after 27 years.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Bethalto.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Tamara and Giles Clowers of Godfrey; three stepdaughters and their husbands, Debbie and Clyde Totten of Godfrey, Sharon and Rick Smith of Columbia, Tenn., and Carol and Tom Paczolt of West Lafayette, Ind.; nine grandchildren, Brett Sever of Caseyville, Tara Nooness of Highland, Shaun Lawson of Wood River, Eric Lawson of Virginia, Brian and Darren Lawson of Missouri, Amy Maddox of Edwardsville, and Elizabeth and Matthew Paczolt of Indiana; 15 great grandchildren; and a brother and sister-in-law, Dale and Jackie Moore of East Alton.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a daughter, Camille Sever.

Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 16 at Paynic Home for Funerals in Rosewood Heights, where Rev. Chip Faulkner will officiate services at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 17.

Interment will be at Valhalla Memorial Park in Godfrey.

Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church of Bethalto.
