Stella M. Reilly, 94, died Monday, January 11, 2010 at her residence. She was born April 15, 1915 in Pittsburgh, PA to Louis and Katherine (Wasacz) Skibiski.
She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Alton. She was a retired meat wrapper for various grocery stores in the area.
Surviving are two daughters; Nancy Blunk Goen and her husband Charles of Alton, and Starla Koelling and her husband Geoffery of Chandler, Arizona. Four grandchildren; David Goen, Denise Sugent, Derick Goen and Dennis Goen. Besides her parents she is preceded in death by one daughter; Marlene Berghoff and one son, Jim Miller, and three brothers; Joseph Skibiski, Charles Skibiski and Louis Skibiski.
Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Alton on Friday, January 15, 2010 with Father Mnamdi Moneme as Celebrant. Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery in Alton. Memorials may be made to masses.
