Shona Noel

Shona Marie Noel, 56, died at 8:30 a.m. Monday, November 30, 2009 at Alton Memorial Hospital. Born February 26, 1953 in White Hall, she was the daughter of Pearley (Eddy) Darr of Wood River and the late Robert Darr. She was a cook for area restaurants. Surviving are three daughters; Kathy Liley of East Alton, Jill Greenwell and her husband Patrick of Brighton, and Kayla Noel of Wood River, one son, Robert Liley of Wood River, and two grandchildren, Adam Liley and Patrick Greenwell Jr. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until time of funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Thursday at Gent Funeral Home in Alton. Burial will be private.
