Frances Moore, age 69, passed away at 6:45 pm on November 15, 2009 at St. Anthony's Health Center, in Alton, IL.
She was born in Alton, IL on April 12, 1940 to William and Myrtle (Duncan) Cope.
Frances was employed as a Home Care Provider for over 30 yrs. She enjoyed taking care of others, and taking care of animals. She also enjoyed Gardening, and feeding and watching birds. She was a member of the Calvary Temple in Alton, IL.
She is survived by seven children; Clyde Holliday of E. Alton, Il. Wendy Holliday of E. Alton, IL. Bob Mittler of FL. Lisa White of N.Y. Paul Mittler, of FL. Joe Hernandez Jr. of Alton, Il. and Bridget Cope of E. Alton, Il. Five Grandchildren; Doe Ann, Tony, Cory Joe, Danielle and Robin, thirteen Great-Grandchildren and three brothers; Jerry Cope, William Cope, and Jack Cope all of Alton, IL.
She was Preceded in death by one son; Jimmy Dean Holliday, three sisters; Muriel "Sister" Sutton , Billy Jean Patterson, and Mary Lou Millhime, and one brother Herb Cope
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 pm, Thursday, Nov. 19, 2009 at the Elias, Kallal & Schaaf Funeral Home in Alton, Il. with funeral services on Friday, November 20, 2009 at 10 am. The Rev. Lionel Gruver will officiate.
Per her wishes cremation rites where accorded.
