Christopher Joseph Arger, 44, of St. Peters, Missouri, passed peacefully in his sleep on September 23, 2009 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Beloved husband of Kimberly Jo Arger (nee Van Camp), devoted father to Annelise and Alexandra, dear son to Barbara Collins (nee Schleper) of Jerseyville, Illinois, and Nicholas Arger of Rochester, Illinois, and son-in-law to Robert White of St. Peters, Missouri, and Judy Van Camp (deceased), dear brother to Mary (Marty) Bixby (nee Arger) of St. Paul, Missouri, Harry (Lisa) Arger of Park Ridge, Illinois, and Jeffrey Arger of Scottsdale, Arizona, and dear brother-in-law to Gregg White of Mt. Prospect, Illinois, and Henry and Tiffany Geiger (nee White) of Monterrey, California, Chris is also survived by many uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and countless friends. He was an accomplished marketing executive, having graduated from the University of Illinois with a bachelor's degree in 1987 and a master's degree in business administration in 1989, and employed in the industry by Anheuser-Busch, the St. Louis Blues Hockey Club, and Six Flags Over Mid-America for nearly twenty years. He was an active parishioner and legendary girls basketball coach at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in St. Charles, Missouri, and involved in various civic groups including the St. Elizabeth's Men's Club. He was also an active member of Alpha Kappa Lambda social fraternity, where he made many dear friends. Chris will be deeply missed by his many family members and friends as well as the countless lives he touched.

The family is being served by the BAUE Funeral and Memorial Center, 3950, West Clay Street, St. Charles, Missouri 63301 where visitation will be held Friday, September 25, 2009 from 3:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 26, 2009 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, #2 Seton Court, St. Charles, Missouri 63303. Interment at St. Charles Memorial Gardens. Memorials for the benefit of his daughters, in lieu of flowers, may be made at Bank of America. Please share your condolences and memories at baue.com.
