Shirlee J. Bock, 78, died Wednesday, July 15, 2009 at her residence.
She was born August 5, 1930 in Hardin, IL to Theadore and Leta (Ontis) Johnston.
On August 31, 1967 in Alton she married Alfred Bock and he preceded her in death on August 23, 1996. She is survived by one son; Jay Thomas Bock of Godfrey and one brother, Danny Joe Johnston and his wife MaryKay of Fort Collins, CO., two nieces; Rebecca Johnston and Amy Johnston and cousin Pam Ditterline and extended family. Besides her husband and parents she is preceded in death by one brother; Johnny Pat Johnston.
Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. On Monday, July 20th at GENT Funeral Home in Alton.
