She was born December 20, 1916 in Portage des Sioux, MO to Walter and Esther Hunn.
On September 14, 1940 in West Alton, MO she married Henry Brunstein and he preceded her in death on March 26, 1978. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in West Alton, Mo and the VFW Ladies Auxiliary #4219 in Portage des Sioux. Surviving are 5 daughters; Jean M. Lynn of Godfrey, Janet and Ken Bothe of Wentzville, MO, Judy and Len Steinhoff of Portage des Sioux, MO, Mary Beth and Jim Kenley of Florissant, MO and Nancy and Tom Danter of St. Louis, MO., 10 Grandchildren and 5 Great-Grandchildren. Besides her husband and parents she is preceded in death by one son-in-law; Gary Lynn, one brother; Lawrence Hunn, three sisters; Evelyn Edler, Ethel Wunderlich and Helen Fahrig.
Visitation will be from 10:00-11:00 a.m. Monday, July 20, 2009 with a mass of Christian burial at 11:00 a.m. at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in West Alton, MO with Father Robert Banken to officiate. Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery in Alton. Memorials may be made to the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in West Alton, MO or to Masses.
