Survivors: In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Kathy and Patrick Murphy of Edwardsville; a son and daughter-in-law, Kenneth Michael and Pam Grohman of Kokomo, Ind.; two grandchildren, Cody Murphy and Vanessa Grohman; a sister, Beatrice Avery of Elsberry, Mo.; and a brother and sister-in-law, Melvin and Naomi Grohman of Bonne Terre, Mo.
Preceded by: his parents; and a brother, Elmo Grohman.
Visitation: 4-7 p.m. Sunday at Paynic Home for Funerals in Rosewood Heights.
