May Tedrick

May Tedrick, 97, died at 3:00 a.m. Thursday, September 25, 2008 at Blu-Fountain Manor in Godfrey. Born September 13, 1911 in Hutchinson, KS, she was the daughter of John and Maude Craig. She worked 20 years at Bornholdts Garden Center in Hutchinson, KS and was a member of the Trinity Methodist Church in Hutchinson, KS and the Godfrey First United Methodist Church. She was involved in a wood carving group at Senior Services Plus. She married Floyd Tedrick. He preceded her in death on June 3, 1966. Surviving is a daughter, Kay Lynch and her husband Ken of Godfrey and a granddaughter, Nicole Trent of Alton. Services and burial will be private. Burial is at Fairlawn Burial Park in Hutchinson, KS. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the building fund at the Godfrey First United Methodist Church. Gent Funeral Home in Alton is in charge of arrangements.
