Wayne F Stewart, 65, of Worden IL, passed away on Sunday, December 18th, at his home with loved ones by his side.
Wayne was born March 18th, 1957 to Jack and Pauline Stewart in Staunton IL.
In 1976, Wayne met Sondra (Welch) Stewart. They then married on June 22, 1977, and went on to have 3 children, Laila, Gina, and Shaila Stewart. Wayne also had three grandchildren Norah and Addison Matthews, and Carson Lesicko.
Wayne was a carpenter by trade, learning from his father-in-law Red Welch. The two worked together for many years.
Wayne's passions were playing the guitar, gardening, and driving his grandbabies around on the lawnmower.
He is survived by his wife Sondra, daughters Gina Matthews and Shaila Lesicko, son-in-law Joseph Lesicko, three grandchildren Norah, Addison, and Carson, two brothers Joe and Jim, two sisters Bonnie and Patty, and many nieces & nephews.
Wayne was preceded in death by his mother and father, Jack and Pauline, his stepmother Lois, his brother Dale, and his eldest daughter Laila.
Wayne touched the lives of many people with his giving nature and kind heart.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
