She was born September 9, 1954, in Carlinville, IL to Harold Loveless & Juanita (Tennison) Loveless. She married Lindell Carty in Carlinville, IL. She was a home health aid for Illinois Valley. Deborah was an avid bingo player who enjoyed the boat, being outdoors, gardening, canning, and Christmas cooking.
She is survived by her spouse, Lindell Carty of Carlinville, IL, daughters, Angie (Wayne) Burns of Carlinville, IL, Sadie (Andy) Jackson of Carlinville, IL, grandchildren, Katie (Eric) Santowski of Girard, IL, Andrew (fiancée, Callie) Burns of Buckner, IL, Nate Burns of Carlinville, IL, Tristen Burns of Carlinville, IL, Raegan Carty of Carlinville, IL, great-grandchild, Skylar Santowski, siblings, Charlotte (John) Rives of Carlinville, IL and Cathy (Sam) Morgan of FL.
Deborah was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Sandy Dover.
