Karen Ann Hammann, 69, of Carlinville, IL, died at Carlinville Area Hospital on Wednesday, September 8, 2021.
She was born April 3, 1952, in St. Louis, MO to Frederick Bernard Bergmann & Roberta Jean Agnew Bergmann. She was a retired certified cook. Karen was a member of the Carlinville Moose Lodge.
She is survived by her children, Javonne (Kenny) Harbaugh of Gillespie, lL, Pamela Russell of Carlinville, IL, Robert (Dawn) Russell of St. Louis, MO, Mark Hammann of Carlinville, IL, grandchildren, Kyle Russell, Nick Roper, Jacob Miller, Bradley Miller, Kirstie Brown, Sebastian Russell, Stacey Wendel, David Hammann, Kayla Hammann, Elizabeth Snow, Karli Hammann, James Gillespie, III, Jonathan Gillespie, Joshua Gillespie, 15 great-grandchildren, brothers, Richard Bergmann, Kenneth Knapp, sisters, Debbie Bergmann, Theresa Lindsey, Julie Knapp, and Vicki Knapp.
Karen was preceded in death by her parents, son, Leo Hammann, and sister, Denise Tullock.
