Michele 'Cha'Chi' Ann Busken, 56, passed away at 1:48 p.m. Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at her residence, with her family closely by her side.
Cha'Chi, as she was known by, was born on December 24, 1963 in Alton, a very special Christmas present for her parents Marion 'Bud' and Delores 'Lolly' (Celiz) Voyles.
She was the bride of Mark Busken on September 5, 1997 in Alton. Sadly, he passed away in October 1997.
Cha'Chi was a homemaker and had three children, two daughters, Miranda Orlandini and Mercady Orlandini both of Wilsonville; one son, Mario Davis of Wilsonville; two grandchildren, Kendyl Higgins of Wilsonville, Bentley Smart of Wilsonville; two sisters, Margaret 'Margo' and Richard Calvert of Godfrey, Monique 'Nikki' and Doug Bailey of Rosewood Heights; one brother, Mario and Tammy Voyles of Rosewood Heights; she will be strongly missed by special niece, Sonja Perez of Roxana along with many nieces and nephews, several great-nieces and nephews, one great-great nephew.
Besides her husband and parents, Cha'Chi was preceded in death by her grandmother Urvana Morales.
Services will be private due to the restrictions from Covid-19, at Gray Funeral Home in Wood River.
Burial will be at St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery in Alton.
