Claryce Bramlet

Claryce Mae Nohava Bramlet, 81, passed away 11:15 p.m., Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at her daughter's home in Alton.

Born in East Alton on November 4, 1936, she was the daughter of Lester and Edith (Voyles) Mouser.

Claryse had worked as a bookkeeper for Grove Plumbing in Granite City and then for Kane Mechanical before retiring.

She married Bill Nohava in 1955 and later, in 1996, married Bobby Bramlet.  Both preceded in death.

Surviving are four daughters, Robyn (Billy) Simmons, Rhonda Nohava, Christine White (Shane Hale), Valerie (John) Ritchie; step-daughter, Brenda Hammel; step-son, John (Dawn) Bramlet; 11 grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.

Her parents; husbands; son, Joseph Nohava; brother Byron "Ron" Mouser; and sister, Beverly Kerr preceded in death.

Visitation will be from 2 p.m. until time of service at 4 p.m. Sunday, March 25 at Marks Mortuary in Wood River.  Pastor Tim Naylor will officiate.

Memorials may be made to the Kidney Foundation or House of Victory Church in Cottage Hills where she attended.
