Pamela Sugg

Pamela L. Sugg, 69, passed away on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at her home in Moro.She was born on September 27, 1948, in Hammond, Indiana, daughter of the late Richard and Muriel (Langford) Feltes.Pamela married Larry D. Sugg on December 31, 1985, at Concordia Lutheran Church in Cottage Hills. He survives.For many years, Pamela was a boilermaker at Clark Oil Refinery in Hartford. Prior to retirement, she was a group leader at Sierra small engines and parts. She enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren, shopping, fishing in bass tournaments, and going to bingo. She loved going to Ameristar Casino with her husband and traveling.In addition to her husband, survivors include four children and their spouses, Melodi and Wayne Royer of Mitchell, Diana Sugg (Joe Cambron) of Meadowbrook, Joeli and Kevin Lanigan of Elsah, Jackie Ray Jr. and Alissa McCutcheon of Bettendorf, IA; nine grandchildren, Amanda, Jeffery, Dylan, Elizabeth, Andrew, Wesley, Cady, Jackie III, Lacie; nine great grandchildren, two brothers, Robert Lucas of Bunker Hill and Toby (Kim) Feltes of Bethalto; one sister and her husband, Nancy and Jack Cadogan of Bay St. Louis, MS; two puppies, Tuffy and Boo; and her parakeet, Rhett Butler. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Chelsea Royer, one sister, Judy Foster and three brothers, Jack Lucas, Robert Feltes and Rick Feltes.A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 18, 2017, from 3 p.m. until 6 p.m. at the Bethalto American Legion.
