Liley-Wery of Union, MO; three brothers, Robert Liley, Richard (Brenda) Liley, Rodger Liley (John Napela); sister, Jeanette (Robert) Ackerman; and nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death were her father and step-father; and eldest son, Lonnie Smith, Jr.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of service at 12 p.m. Monday at Marks Mortuary in Wood River.

Private burial will be in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.

Joyce will be always remembered as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, whose greatest passion was helping others.
