Randy E. Williams, 63, passed away Monday, November 30, 2015 at his home.
Born Mar. 22, 1952 in Alton, he was the son of Phillip E. and Patricia J. (Hoekstra) Williams.
Randy went to Grafton Elementary School and attended Jersey Community High School. He was a farmer and owner of Ranita Salvage and Williams Bobcat Services. He also served as Fidelity Township Road Commissioner.
He married Anita F. Naughton Nov. 24, 2007 in Alton. She survives. Also surviving are 2 stepchildren, Patrick (Liz Brown) Schwartzkopf of Seattle, Wash. and Susan (Tony) Dimond of Maplewood, Mo.; 3 grandchildren; 2 sisters, Linda (Leroy) Duncan of Wood River and Laura (Herbie) Watson of Floral City, Fla.; a sister-in-law Nancy (Jim) Choat of Granite City; a niece, Heather (Lawrence) Andrews of Tampa, Fla.; and 2 nephews, Michael (Melissa) Watson of Jerseyville and Kyle Duncan of Wood River.
The family will hold a memorial service at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 5 at Bethel Baptist Church, 29515 Kane Rd., Jerseyville.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family or Bethel Baptist Church.
