Darrin Crays

Darin Thomas Crays, 52, of Carlinville, IL, died at his residence on Monday, July 4, 2022. 

He was born February 13, 1970, in Springfield, IL to Larry Wayne Crays & Ruth Yvonne Etter Crays.  He married Heather Crays.  He was retired after having been a construction laborer.  Darin was a member of the Local 477 Laborer Union.  He loved his family, riding his Harley, the beach, and the Dallas Cowboys. 

He is survived by his mother Ruth Crays of Carlinville, IL, daughters, Justina Major of Pawnee, IL, Tessa Jett of Carlinville, IL, 2 grandsons, brother, David Wayne Crays of Carlinville, IL, sister, Donna Yvonne (Steve) Dworzynski of Carlinville, IL, nieces, Kindra Crays, Whitney Dworzynski, and nephew, Braden (Ali) Dworzynski. 

Darin was preceded in death by his father and spouse. 

Friends may call on Saturday, July 9, 2022, at Nilwood Baptist Church from 9:30 am until 11:00 am.  A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 9, 2022, at Nilwood Baptist Church at 11 am.  Memorials are suggested to wishes of the family.  Anyone wishing to send an online condolence may do so at www.kravanyafuneral.com.  Kravanya Funeral Home, Gillespie, IL  is in charge of the arrangements.
