Rosemary Arlene Woods, 88, of Carlinville, IL, died at Heritage Health of Gillespie, IL on Sunday, November 28, 2021, at 3:11 pm.
She was born January 7, 1933, in Bunker Hill, IL to Lawrence Noel & Elizabeth (Bond) Noel. She married Robert Woods. He preceded her in death in May 2003. She was retired after having been a waitress for Dick and Judy's Restaurant. Rosemary was a former member of the Carlinville Country Club.
She is survived by her daughter, Vicki (Rick) Elliott of Bunker Hill, IL, stepdaughters, Connie (Dennis) Schwartz of Carlinville, IL, Michelle (Michael) Stephenson of Carlinville, IL, Lena (Gary) Phillips of Florida, grandchildren, Rick (companion, Mike Jones) Elliott Jr., Hiedi (Kevin) Stammer, Toby Elliott, step-grandchildren, J. D. (Angie) Stephenson, David (Aly) Stephenson, Whitney (Jeff) Nail, great-grandchildren, Chelsea (Jason) Jarden, Jakob (Peyton) Stammer, Kailee Elliott, step-great-grandchildren, Raegan Stephenson, Courtlandt Emmons, Leah Stephenson, Jack Stephenson, Cate Stephenson, Max Nail, Sam Nail, Wes Nail, Caleb Numes, great-great-granddaughter, Riley Rose Jarden, brothers, Russell (Anita) Noel of Carpenter, IL, Marshal (Ginger) Noel of Bunker Hill, IL, many nieces, and nephews.
Rosemary was preceded in death by her parents, spouse, daughter, Cindy Buhs, sisters, Bernice Bond, Jean Rose, Peggy Hilyard, and brother, Lawrence Noel.
