Patricia "Pat" McAfee, 85, of Chesterfield passed away at 5:05 am on Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2018 at St John's Hospital in Springfield. She was born on March 30, 1933 in Elsberry, MO to Forrest Leon Suddarth & Virginia (Lilley) Ralston. Her step father was Walter J Williams.
She married Kenneth "Pete" McAfee on Feb 15, 1950 in Chesterfield, IL. Pete passed away Oct 28, 2017.
She is survived by daughters & sons in laws: Marjorie & James Thompson of Sawyerville, Jannella & Gary Vega of Litchfield, IL, Joyce & Kenneth Koski of Litchfield & Donna Montgomery of Brighton, sons & daughters in laws: Wayne & Debra McAfee of Tuscola, Clifford Sr & Thelma McAfee of Hayesville, KS, Randy McAfee of Chesterfield and Kevin McAfee of Chesterfield, 18 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild, sister: Marie & Charles Moore of Louisiana, MO, and brother: George & Shirley Suddarth of Louisiana, MO and sister in law: Wilma Trill of Raleigh, NC.
Pat was a housewife.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, daughter: Mary Lou McAfee, son: Donald McAfee, grandson: Clifford McAfee Jr, son in law: Robert Montgomery Jr. and brother Buddy Suddarth.
Visitation will be 4-8 pm on Mon Sept 17, 2018 Targhetta Funeral Home in Brighton
Funeral Services will be at 11 am Tues Sept 18, 2018 at Targhetta Funeral Home in Brighton with Rev David Baker officiating
Burial will be in Bunker Hill Cemetery
