Gary Lee Webb, 59 passed away at 10:00 am Monday, March 9, 2015 at his home with his family by his side.
He was born on May 17, 1955 in Wood River, IL, the son of Grover K. and Esther M. (Boyd) Webb.
He married Donna Shaw on June 4, 1984 in Quincy, Washington. She survives.
Gary worked on construction for many years. He enjoyed spending time outdoors and taking care of his garden. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by three sons and two daughters-in-law, Ken and Heidi Wietrzykowski of Reynolds, IL, Gary and Elizabeth Wietrzykowski of Springfield, IL and Kevin Webb of Hillview; eleven grandchildren; a sister and brother-in-law, Bonnie and John Glover of Bunker Hill; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Daniel and Cissy Webb of Epharata, WA and Jim and Wilma Webb of Harrington, WA and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, five brothers and sisters, Ron Webb, Judith Brimberry, Richard Webb, Gregory Webb, Joe Webb and two infant siblings, Fredy Webb and Rosemary Webb.
Visitation will be from 11 am until time of funeral services at 1:00 pm Saturday, March 14, 2015 at Elias, Kallal and Schaaf Funeral Home in Bethalto.
Burial will follow at Bethalto United Methodist Cemetery in Bethalto.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
