Most of Illinois' large, downstate universities are seeing fewer students this fall. One Illinois lawmaker says Illinois schools may have priced themselves out of the market.Only Illinois State University and the University of Illinois are seeing more students this year.Eastern Illinois University is down 200 students.Western Illinois University is down 720.Southern Illinois University is down 800. Northern Illinois University is down 1,000 students from last fall.State Rep. Mike Tryon, R-Crystal Lake, said that's what happens when the price of tuition is too high.
